  • Enter property on the M.L.S (Multiple Listing System) which will include up to eight extra pictures of the inside or outside of your home.
  • Enter all the information about your home at, at least 5 websites. We receive calls from all over the world.
  • Install a distinctive Prudential sign on your property with a flyer box.
  • Create a professional flyer with extra photos showing the inside of your home and yard
  • Install a key box for convenience.
  • Install directional signs for the best exposure.
  • We need to sell your home twice!

  • First to all the agents in our office & all other Real Estate companies
    Second, when the agents are excited about your home, they will sell it to their buyers.

  • Put your home on tour with our office.
  • When agents have buyers in this price range they can tell them about your home and bring them through later.
  • Call all of our current buyers that are in your price range and prospect new buyers daily.
  • Steer buyers and other agents to your home. When they call on other listing that are in your price range we ask if they would consider seeing yours even if it's in a different city. Most of the time the answer is yes! This is a great advantage to our having a large inventory of homes.
  • Advertise your home in our full color Prudential Utah magazine - distribution is 10,000 every 4-5 weeks.
  • Call you with any feed back we receive after showings (requires buyer's agents' cooperation)
  • Appointments will be made with you for showings.
  • Have a list of loan officers ready and available to talk to and qualify potential buyers.
  • Order a Title report to ensure clean title.
  • Follow every detail of the transaction until it funds and records.
  • Have a professional market analysis done for accuracy in pricing.
  • As a rule, "A home is worth what the buyer is willing to pay".
  • Often times, improvements, repairs and any money invested will help the sale of your home, but will not add to the value.
  • The price you ask for your home cannot reflect on what you need for your next purchase.
  • In Utah County for a quicker sale, homes are often listed 5-10% below market value.
  • We will know within 30-45 days if we are on the right track; be prepared if we need to make an adjustment. We can work on this together.
  • Remember refinance appraisals are often much higher than one for a purchase.
